  Offered through the Office of Diverse Student Populations, UD Connections is a program designed to help students make a smooth transition to the University of Dayton. Students participate in a variety of academic and social experiences designed to help them become more familiar with the University and services available.

• UD Softball Stadium

  The home of Dayton softball, UD softball stadium features dugouts, batting cages, bullpens with multiple pitching rubbers and a state-of-the-art natural grass playing surface. The unique location along the river offers fans scenic views of the river and Carrillon Park.

• UDit - University of Dayton Information Technologies

  University of Dayton Information Technologies (UDit) supports the array of networking, telephone and instructional and administrative computing services that connect students, faculty, campus and community.

• Ultimate Frisbee

  Coed club ultimate frisbee teams are made up of mostly University of Dayton students. The teams practices and plays in tournaments year round, traveling around six tournaments per semester.

• United Students Against Sweatshops

  United Students Against Sweatshops is committed to addressing human rights issues by working to end the abuses of sweatshops. The approach of the group is to get manufacturers to disclose where their products are made so they can be monitored.

• University Arts Series

  The University Arts Series is a program of the College of Arts and Sciences. The group sponsors distinctive, varied, and engaging art events to enrich the cultural life of the community.

• University Professor of Faith and Culture

  This endowed chair works directly with the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and other academic and faculty leaders to deepen the academic and intellectual discourse on campus concerning Catholic culture and intellectual traditions as major resources for learning and scholarship.

• University of Dayton Arena

  University of Dayton Arena is one of the best in college basketball and traditionally called upon by the NCAA to host NCAA Tournament games. A regular stop for the NCAA Tournament, UD Arena has hosted 65 NCAA postseason games since opening in 1969.

  Urban Plunge is a weekend showing various aspects of poverty and giving a closer look at the reality of life in the inner city. Participants explore the conditions of injustice, hopelessness and apathy found in the inner city.
