  NAACP is a professional organization to eliminate racial prejudice on the campus and in the community, to encourage advancement amongst the minorities on campus and in the community.

• NEST - The Nanoscale Engineering Science & Technology Laboratory

  The NEST laboratory is home to world-class collaborative sponsored-research and leads in technology transfer to industry, classroom support, and research and development in nanoscale engineering, science and technology.

• National Art Education Association

  The National Art Education Association (NAEA) is a professional organization related to college students studying art education. The organization is also responsible for fostering the art content for schools pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

• National Pan-Hellenic Council

  The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) coordinates all activities of the historically black Greek letter societies. This body also promotes leadership, scholarship and community service for African-American students.

• National Residence Hall Honorary

  The purpose of this organization is to provide recognition for individuals who have provided outstanding service to the campus and/or greater community and who have provided important leadership towards the advancement of residence life education at the University.

• National Science Teachers Association

  The National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) at the University of Dayton promotes science education among its members through social activities, professional development opportunities, and informational sessions.

• National Society of Black Engineers

  The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is a professional organization founded in 1975 to unite engineers. The organization is committed to professional and academic excellence and is concerned with enhancing opportunities for blacks in the engineering profession.
