Ice Hockey, Men's

The roller hockey team practices and plays at South Metro in Centerville. The team travels to compete in tournaments throughout the year. New members are always welcome. -
Indian Student Association
Indian Student Association is one of the most active international student organizations on campus. ISA serves to promote the awareness of cultural diversity on campus by organizing cultural and social events on campus, while helping new students coming from India.

Indoor Rowing Facility
The UD Women's Rowing team trains in the winter at the Indoor Rowing Facility on Brown Street and 'K' Street, near the Stewart St. intersection. -

Intervention Specialist (Special Education)
One of five areas of study in the Department of Teacher Education. The Department of Teacher Education administers the program for Intervention Specialist (BSE.EMM), which leads to a Bachelor of Science in Education and to provisional licensure to teach learners ages 5 through 21, preschool through grade 12, with mild to moderate educational needs.

Into the Streets
Into the Streets is a month-long service event designed to give students a taste of service in Dayton. Projects vary from visiting nursing homes to working at Learning Tree Farm, and from helping at a homeless shelter to painting houses.

Intramurals
The Recreational Sports Department provides a variety of intramural activities in which anyone can find exercise surrounded by a unique spirit of fun and competition. Some activities include: softball, basketball, football, indoor and outdoor soccer, volleyball, and racquetball.

Italian
Offered as a major and as a minor from the College of Arts and Sciences, students may choose to pursue a degree in a single language or a composite in two languages.

Italian Club
The Italian Club strives to maintain and celebrate the Italian culture on campus. Activities include the following: Italian speaking sessions with Professor Andria Chiodo, Italian meals, and guest speakers on study abroad in Italy, among other topics.
